Automated document extraction and ledger posting aren't out-of-the-box features. To make them work reliably with minimal exceptions, we spend engineering hours calibrating models for your invoices. We charge a flat fee during beta to ensure we only onboard high-intent design partners who will collaborate with us to improve the product.
During the validation phase, we do not impose hard meters or count scan ticks. As long as your usage is reasonable (e.g. within normal volumes for a 10-200 person operating company), you pay the flat monthly rate. We believe processes should be automated without taxing you per transaction.
Yes. The special $149/mo Founding Partner rate is locked for your first full year of usage. After the first year, your subscription will transition to the standard tier rate, though as an early design partner, we will guarantee you priority custom integrations and direct engineering access.
You can cancel anytime during the beta. If you cancel, we will manually scrub and delete all your uploaded templates, research inputs, and sync configuration from our servers within 48 hours to protect your workflow privacy.
