By accessing or using the ScribeArc website, submitting forms, joining our waitlist, or participating in research, you agree to be bound by these Pre-Launch Terms of Use ("Terms").

Please note that these terms cover our pre-launch validation activities and do not represent final production product terms, which will be provided before any platform launch.

ScribeArc is currently in a pre-launch phase, validating finance workflow problems. We have not yet launched a full production finance automation platform.

Any demos, mockups, prototypes, roadmap items, or examples shown on the website or during research are purely illustrative and subject to change.

Participation in interviews, surveys, waitlists, or providing feedback is entirely voluntary.

During our research phase, you should avoid sharing sensitive or production financial documents unless explicitly requested under a signed agreement. We strongly prefer redacted examples.

Any feedback you provide may be used by ScribeArc to shape product direction, messaging, and our roadmap.

All content provided by ScribeArc during this pre-launch phase is for informational and product research purposes only. It does not constitute accounting, tax, legal, financial, or compliance advice.

Any future beta release may be invite-only, and access is not guaranteed by joining the waitlist.

Beta features will be provided "as-is" and may be incomplete, changed, paused, or discontinued at any time.

Future beta or product access will be governed by new or supplemental terms that may replace these Pre-Launch Terms.

During this pre-launch validation phase, website access and research participation are entirely free.

Any discussions around future pricing, founder discounts, or beta offers are exploratory and may change before the official product launch.

When submitting forms or participating in research, you agree to provide accurate information.

You agree not to submit unlawful, confidential, or sensitive third-party data without proper authority.

You must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access to any of our pre-launch systems.

All site content, names, designs, and materials belong exclusively to ScribeArc.

You retain ownership of your own materials and feedback that you share with us.

You grant ScribeArc the right to use your feedback to improve our product and messaging without obligation or compensation, while we respect our privacy commitments to you.

Your use of our pre-launch website and participation in research is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle data during validation. Please review it to understand our practices.

Our website and pre-launch materials are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantee that a final product will launch, or guarantees regarding features, availability, accuracy, outcomes, integrations, or compliance status.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScribeArc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the pre-launch website or participation in research.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the pre-launch website shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Delhi, India.

We may update these terms as we progress through our validation phase and before any beta or product launch. Your continued engagement with our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
